What You’ll Do:
Master the Craft: Perform disassembly and reassembly of top assembly chassis, sub-assemblies, and components with minimal instruction, ensuring every step meets stringent quality standards.
Lead and Mentor: Share your expertise by cross-training, mentoring, and providing technical assistance to fellow assemblers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Test and Troubleshoot: Set up and operate advanced test equipment, including digital/analog voltmeters, oscilloscopes, Hi-Pot meters, and more, to evaluate and troubleshoot electronic products using schematics and established procedures.
Drive Quality: Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure every product meets exacting standards, while recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
Collaborate and Communicate: Provide clear written and oral feedback on test evaluations, assembly processes, and quality outcomes, ensuring seamless communication across teams.
Maintain Excellence: Keep your workstation, tools, and equipment organized, while adhering to all company safety rules and regulations.
What You Bring:
Education: High School Diploma or GED, plus certifications in IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, and IPC-7711.
Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on manufacturing experience in electronics assembly and testing.
Skills: Proficiency in using tools, gauges, schematics, and electronic equipment; strong dexterity and hand-eye coordination; basic computer skills; and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes.
This role may encounter high risk or hazardous operations and/or include working shifts beyond a standard workweek. As such, a requirement of the role is to be at least 18 years of age by the time of joining.

The base pay range for this position is $25 - $30/hr. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on 7/1/2026.
