Your Role
- Deliver skilled pediatric nursing care in a home setting
- Carry out personalized care plans with attention and empathy
- Monitor and document patient health and progress
- Support families with education, reassurance, and advocacy
- Provide specialized care (trach, vent, G-tube) with training available
Who You Are
- A licensed RN or LPN in Massachusetts
- Driven by compassion and a desire to serve others
- Committed to patient-centered, relationship-based care
- Reliable, attentive, and emotionally intelligent
- Experience in pediatrics or homecare is a plus—but heart matters most
