What You’ll Do
As a Homecare RN, you will provide personalized, high-quality care while building meaningful relationships with patients and their families:
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans
- Perform skilled nursing interventions based on patient needs and goals
- Administer medications and treatments while monitoring effectiveness
- Assess patient conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care teams
- Provide education to patients and caregivers to support independence
- Coordinate care and assist with discharge planning when appropriate
What You Bring
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Current health screening (PPD or chest X-ray)
- Strong clinical judgment and a patient-first mindset
- One year of RN experience preferred (new graduates with strong clinical experience are encouraged to apply)
