What You’ll Do
As part of our IT team, you’ll play a key role in delivering seamless technology experiences. You’ll gain practical exposure to device management, troubleshooting, and IT operations while supporting a major deployment initiative.
In this role, you will:
- Support the rollout of laptops, Chromebooks, and other user devices
- Assist with imaging, setup, staging, and asset tagging
- Perform quality checks to ensure devices are ready for end users
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues during deployments
- Maintain accurate inventory tracking and documentation
- Collaborate with IT professionals to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Provide on-site or remote support to end users
- Follow established processes, timelines, and security best practices
