Description:You will be the Warehouse Shift Supervisor for the Warehouse Operations Team. Our team is responsible for overseeing material‑handling and support activities, optimizing inventory, and ensuring seamless integration with production and logistics.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Warehouse Shift Supervisor you will be responsible for leading daily warehouse functions, driving efficiency, and fostering a high‑performing team.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage receiving, put‑away, inventory storage, order picking, packaging, and shipping operations.
- Recruit, train, and lead warehouse staff; conduct performance evaluations and handle recognition.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards while maintaining system integrity.
- Generate operational reports and coordinate with production planners and logistics partners.
- Drive inventory optimization initiatives to reduce costs and improve accuracy.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:Minimum of three to five years of hands‑on warehouse or distribution‑center experience. Proficient with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and have a solid understanding of basic Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) concepts, inventory‑control methods such as cycle counting, FIFO/LIFO, as well as be comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel for reporting.
Desired Skills:Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are required, including effective verbal and written communication, the ability to coach and motivate diverse teams, and solid conflict‑resolution and decision‑making abilities.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
