Contribute to acquisitions, divestitures, other financial transactions and strategic opportunities by assisting with financial modeling, and executing due diligence

Support the preparation of senior-level briefings, which involves summarizing and communicating insights at the right level from detailed analyses

Monitor and evaluate and key peers including tracking recent events, analyzing financial statements and preparing earnings summaries

Support portfolio analysis, which involves assessing capabilities and financial metrics against strategy and market opportunities
-
Conduct market, competitive, and financial analyses to assess trends, threats, or opportunities
-
Support the development and execution of RTX’s enterprise and business unit strategies
-
Support integration or separation planning activities for businesses undergoing acquisition or divestiture
-
Balance multiple projects while providing clear thinking and excellent attention to detail in a dynamic work environment
Qualifications You Must Have:
-
BA/BS required with 2-3 years of work experience. MBA and/or advanced degree from a nationally recognized program.

Prior transactional or diligence experience (at an investment bank, corporate development role, or top-tier consulting firm)

Strong problem-solving skills (prioritization, critical thinking, hypothesis creation, etc.)

Ability to think pragmatically – not just theoretically – and drive execution of concepts
-
Proven analytical and financial modeling skills
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required

The salary range for this role is 95,500 USD - 181,700 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
