Overview
Generally responsible for directing traffic and assisting customers within a designated parking facility to keep the flow of traffic moving smoothly and safely. This is a part-time seasonal event position, and weekend availability is required.

Pay: $20.00 hour
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties:
- Maintain traffic flowing efficiently within the parking facility according to operating plan.
- Provide excellent customer service greeting each guest and visitor with a smile and a warm welcome. Assist customers promptly and in a friendly manner.
- Traffic directors stand in designated areas and wave vehicles in the desired direction with a positive and helpful demeanor.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure productive operations, quality service, client, and customer satisfaction.
- Guiding and directing visitors to the requested areas around the Parking Garage as well as providing useful information and services pertaining to Downtown activities and parking facilities.
- Job duties may be modified at any time.

Qualifications
Required:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No experience required; on the job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
Preferred:
• One (1) year of similar work experience preferred
