We are looking for a *Facilities *Lead Technician to work onsite at our Phoenix, AZ facility where you will be responsible for overall upkeep, repair and safe operation of all equipment. You will be accountable for ensuring buildings, equipment, and systems remain fully functional.
What You Will Do
-
Repair and replace damaged fixtures, equipment, and building components
-
Monitor and maintain electrical, plumbing, lighting, and mechanical systems
-
Assist with installation and setup of new equipment or machinery
-
Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
-
Respond to urgent maintenance requests and facility emergencies
-
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
-
Support overall facility operations to ensure minimal disruption to employees, tenants, or customers
-
Involved in maintaining maintenance records
-
Coordinate with outside vendors or contractors
-
Monitor inventory of tools and repair supplies, and ensure all work is compliant with company policies and workplace safety procedures
-
Assist with network cabling and drops and assist with setup of audio / video equipment in offices and conference rooms
-
May have to work overtime/on call hours as needed by the business

Other duties as required in the facilities area
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience.
-
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Experience with workplace safety procedures.
-
Experience with driving a forklift.
-
Familiarity with operating scissor lifts and boom lifts.
-
Familiarity with electrical and compressed air systems.
Qualifications We Prefer
-
Experience using computers.

Strong understanding of the function and application of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
-
MS office suite and other web-based tools.
-
Using tools such as multi-meters and many different hand tools.

The salary range for this role is 60,000 USD - 114,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
