Develop and implement data driven support strategies that optimize system availability, reduce lifecycle costs, and extend system relevance for global users

Provide oversight of sustainment planning, and modernization roadmaps

Serve as Subject Matter Expert for Operational and Sustainment Concepts of Operations for existing and emerging Patriot ground systems, BMC4I and missiles.

Ensure effective alignment of product support activities with contractual requirements, customer expectations, and Raytheon business objectives

Present program status, risk assessments, and investment recommendations to senior leadership and customer stakeholders
-
Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation across the product support lifecycle to improve performance and customer satisfaction

Participate in color team reviews and proposal development
-
Expected to support domestic and international travel as needed
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience

Experience in Integrated Air and Missile Defense operations, sustainment, logistics, or systems support
-
Experience in sustainment strategy development and lifecycle support
-
Experience leading interoperability efforts, including joint logistics planning, multinational repair integration, and technical data alignment
Qualifications We Prefer

Department of War Capabilities Portfolio Management (CPM) experience

Experience engaging with international military services throughout the MENA, INDOPACOM, and CENTCOM theaters

Demonstrated leadership with a strong record of driving cross‑functional initiatives that deliver measurable results

Skilled in managing a variety of stakeholders and gaining alignment while clearly communicating complex strategies to senior leaders

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
