Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically driven professional to join Hilton's next-generation Strategy, Insights, and Analytics team as part of an exciting internal consulting function. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping how Hilton's Marketing and Brand Organizations measure and optimize performance through sophisticated econometric modeling, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM). Working at the intersection of data science, marketing strategy, and business intelligence, you will translate complex analytical outputs into clear, actionable insights that inform senior leadership decisions and drive meaningful results across Hilton's global marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate across Data Science, Marketing Analytics, and Marketing stakeholder teams to support program management for regional Marketing Mix Models (MMM)
- Own the collection and validation of all modeling data inputs, ensuring accuracy and completeness from both internal and external sources
- Lead model reviews and manage timelines for Marketing Mix Models, providing structured feedback to Data Science partners based on marketing, business, and econometric considerations
- Develop marketing performance tools and deliverables that feature clear, insight-driven narratives and actionable recommendations for internal marketing stakeholders
- Transform Excel and SQL outputs into polished Excel and PowerPoint deliverables suitable for executive audiences
- Synthesize MMM insights into executive-ready presentations for business reviews and deliver data-driven recommendations to senior leadership
- Partner with Regional Marketing teams to understand analysis needs, deliver insights, and support the implementation of modeling results
- Identify and pursue opportunities to optimize project efficiency, model infrastructure, and the overall delivery of insights
Skills
- Strong proficiency in quantitative data analysis and the ability to interpret complex econometric model outputs
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, transformation, lookups, and Pivot Tables
- Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) or similar econometric approaches, such as multivariate linear or Bayesian regression models
- Ability to communicate complex analytical findings in a clear, concise, and compelling manner to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams including data science, marketing, and regional business partners
- Experience in marketing, hospitality, or a related industry is a plus
Experience
- 2 years of professional experience in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), quantitative data analysis, marketing strategy, or marketing analytics is required
- Experience managing analytics projects is preferred but not required
- Prior exposure to the hospitality or marketing industry is advantageous
