Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our Analytics Product team at our McLean Corporate Office, providing continuous support across analytics initiatives and data product workstreams. This role is primarily focused on delivery oversight and coordination, ensuring that work is well planned, carefully tracked, and consistently delivered on time. Spanning both project management and business analysis responsibilities, this position plays a critical part in operationalizing strategy, maintaining execution momentum, and supporting requirements gathering throughout the full data product lifecycle. The ideal candidate brings a structured mindset, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Support execution of analytics and data initiatives within Analytics Product, including MarTech-related workstreams
- Own program operations processes, including objective tracking, release notes and communications, executive summaries, and other leadership reporting
- Partner closely with the program manager to operationalize strategy and ensure execution against defined priorities
- Plan and manage timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain visibility into progress, provide status updates, and support data-driven prioritization
- Own and maintain Jira artifacts including epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, boards, and dashboards
- Drive process improvements to streamline delivery, documentation, and workflow efficiency
- Support orchestration and preparation of internal team meetings
- Gather, document, and refine business and functional requirements, ensuring clarity and traceability
- Own and manage the intake process for incoming requests, ensuring they are clearly defined, scoped, and ready for execution
- Maintain visibility into the intake pipeline and in-flight work
- Support demoing, training, end-user support, and socialization of new product releases as needed
- Adapt to evolving responsibilities as business needs change

Qualifications
- 5 + years of experience in project management or related roles
- Hands-on experience with project-level administration in Jira and Confluence (Atlassian Data Center)
- Strong experience developing presentation materials in PowerPoint
- Experience working with analytics or data delivery teams preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred
- Must be available to work in office a minimum of three days per week, Monday through Wednesday
