Associate member of Security Operations working as part of a global team to support a fast-paced environment. Ensure conformance to established system architecture, security, regulations, standards and practices, and participate\drive their creation and upkeep. In addition to technical expertise must be proficient in managing projects through to completion, innovative, security focused, self-motivated and driven. The candidate will be a member of the global Tier 2 Security Operations team which includes operational responsibilities across all supported IT security platforms, its environment and core services within the organization. Good communication skills, documentation abilities and compliance experience required. Comfortable working in a team environment and able to work collaboratively with other areas in implementing solutions that secure and benefit the company. Additional technical requirements follow:
Primary Job Responsibilities Include
- Day to Day operation supporting multiple IT Security platforms with various implementations across enterprise. Experience securing, hardening and implementing tiered concepts is required.
- Act as IT Security liaison supporting Engineering, Operations teams and interfacing with other underpinning services
- Solid understanding of security operations workflows
- Drive improvement, quality and value.
- Correlate Security Incidents/Events, Service Requests, Changes and Work Orders where information is available and supported by the functionality of Supplier-managed tools and determine business impact of the Incident(s), or multiple technologies, affected by the disruption
- Ensure all open cases and alerts are effectively managed through containing, resolving, and/or providing all available information to our company teams and Partners to work to resolve Security Incidents based on an company-approved Security Incident prioritization process as defined in the Policies and Procedures Manual
- Knowledge of cloud capabilities/concepts including federation, RBAC and cloud security, Directory Synchronization (AAD Connect), Microsoft O365 and Azure AD.
- Excellent understanding and technical knowledge regarding core services including IPSEC, DNS, WINS, PKI, GPOs, replication, trusts, etc.
- Compliance and IT Security related best practices and processes
- Plan, configure, troubleshoot and administer Microsoft AD and underlying Operating System(s).
- PowerShell scripting experience in a large-scale environment for automation purposes and cloud connectivity.
- Familiarity with old and modern Microsoft operating systems, server class hardware and VMWare technologies.
- Experience with identity best practices, Azure roles, security, and SAAS strategies specifically around Microsoft Active Directory\Entra ID is a must
- Least privileged access concepts necessary
Education Minimum Requirement
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Required Experience And Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting large scale enterprise endpoint, network security, zero trust platforms and their respective environment and related services.
- Hands-on and knowledge of Endpoint and Network Security, Zero Trust principles, methodologies and related technologies.
- Familiarity with network security tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems (IDPS), network segmentation, and secure remote access solutions.
- Ability to provide support for Real-time events providing moderated services.
- Ability to acquire new skills in a environment.
- Fluent in English, in both verbal and written communication.
Preferred Experience And Skills
- Knowledge of large networks including F5 load balancers concepts

The salary range for this role is
$87,300.00 - $137,400.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
