This is your chance to be part of a Corporate Human Resources team at a top global hospitality company! As a Manager, Corporate Recruitment, you will partner with our business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's most important asset, our Team Members. On the Corporate Recruitment team reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Recruitment, you will support the Commercial Services organization in identifying, attracting, and engaging qualified candidates for their open positions. If you bring a consultative, creative, and process-focused approach to recruiting, then this is the role for you.
What You'll Do During a Typical Day
- Be a strategic talent advisor to hiring leaders, providing guidance on market conditions and hiring strategies
- Manage the hiring life cycle from intake to offer while prioritizing competing requisitions
- Screen and source candidates to present to assigned client groups
- Manage a high volume of candidate interest and ensure requisition management in Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Negotiate offers and manage hand off to onboarding team
How You'll Collaborate With Others
- Partner with HR Consultants, Talent Research, HR Experience, Internal Recruitment, and Hiring Leaders
- Partner with the broader corporate recruitment team to share best practices
Deliverables You'll Take Ownership Of
- Ensure a time sensitive recruitment process, focused on a low average days to offer (ADO) and compliance
- A positive candidate and hiring manager experience
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You Have These Minimum Qualifications
- Five (5) years spent handling a full life cycle recruiting desk to include handling candidates, managers, scheduling, interviewing, and the offer to hire process
- One (1) year of applicant tracking systems experience (e.g. Taleo or Oracle Cloud)
- Experience recruiting for the hospitality industry
- Experience working with EEOC, ADA, and employment laws
It Would Be Useful If You Have
- BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
- Seven (7) years running a full life cycle recruiting desk to include handling candidates, managers, scheduling, interviewing, and the offer to hire process
- Three (3) years of recruiting for Sales or Marketing organizations
- Experienced with LinkedIn Recruiter
- One (1) year working in an OFCCP compliant recruiting environment

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well-being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $80,000 – $120,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
