Results-drivenAdministrative and Supply Specialistproviding comprehensive office, facilities, and production control support, including front desk operations, vendor coordination, purchasing card management, and inventory tracking for Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Government Furnished Property (GFP). Integrates administrative, supply, and production control functions by managing data reporting, material tracking, scheduling, and operational coordination to ensure efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, and mission readiness.
Position is contingent upon award.
Roles and Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support including answering phones, greeting visitors, maintaining vendor files, and processing mail.
Assist with facility operations, office allocations, furniture coordination, and maintenance or repair requests.
Compile and record production and supply data, including material usage, inventory levels, and production output.
Analyze and calculate production metrics such as quantities produced, materials consumed, defect rates, and operational efficiency.
Minimum of 5–7 years of related administrative, supply, production control, or operations experience; supervisory experience preferred.
Working knowledge of supply chain, inventory management, production control, and administrative processes.
Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds and perform physical activities such as pushing, pulling, bending, and reaching.
