Job Summary
Join a dynamic Marketing team dedicated to attracting customers through compelling storytelling, top-rated rewards, and innovative partnerships. In this role, you will play a key part in driving customer acquisition and increasing spend across a portfolio of co-branded credit cards by developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns. Working closely with external partners, including American Express, as well as internal creative and cross-functional teams, you will help shape and deliver cohesive, high-impact marketing strategies. Responsibilities
- Act as a campaign execution expert, managing assets through the review and approval process in partnership with American Express
- Ensure all marketing assets are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned with co-brand and enterprise business priorities
- Partner closely with Creative and internal teams to ensure updates to campaign assets are executed accurately, on time, and aligned with the intended customer journey
- Collaborate with American Express to develop, optimize, and execute co-brand marketing efforts that support shared growth objectives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class marketing campaigns
- Own and manage channel assets across email, digital, paid media, direct mail, and additional marketing channels
Skills
- Strong creative eye with a customer-centric mindset and the ability to effectively direct agency partners toward desired outcomes
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, adherence to timelines, and cross-functional alignment
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work across internal teams and external partners
- Familiarity with regulated industry marketing practices is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management capabilities
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience
- 1+ years of experience in marketing
- Experience in one or more of the following industries: hospitality, consumer packaged goods, retail, financial services, or technology
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree preferred
