What You’ll Do
- Provide skilled trach and ventilator management in a home setting
- Monitor respiratory status and respond to changes
- Administer treatments and follow individualized care plans
- Support and educate families with confidence and compassion
Qualifications
- Active MA RN or LPN license
- Tracheostomy and ventilator experience required
- Pediatric or homecare experience preferred
