Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Foreman to lead a fire alarm installation team on commercial and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of fire alarm systems, installation practices, and code compliance. This position requires a hands-on leader who can ensure high-quality work, maintain safety standards, and manage project timelines. (OFFICE LOCATED IN SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH) $1000 sign on bonus! Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in fire alarm installation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role. Proficient in conduit bending
- Licenses/Certifications: NICET III or higher preferred, Utah Master Fire Alarm License.
- Knowledge of Codes: Strong understanding of NFPA 72, OSHA regulations, and local building codes.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with fire alarm systems from leading manufacturers (e.g., Notifier, Kidde, Fike & Potter).
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and motivate a team and maintain integrity
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work on ladders, scissor lifts and scaffolding, and perform physical tasks in various environmental conditions.
- Must have a good driving record

Responsibilities
- Install, program, and maintain fire alarm systems according to specifications.
- Troubleshoot and repair fire alarm systems to ensure proper functionality.
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of fire alarm equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Provide training and guidance to junior technicians as needed.
- Ensure compliance with National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies standards.
- Possess a valid driver's license for on-site visits and client interactions.
