The F135 Sustainment Integrated Materials Solutions organization drives serviceable material and spare’s part needs for our F135 military customers around the world. As P4 Manager you will be leading and incorporating fleet & spare part health metrics, early warning signals, while aligning with industry standards for spares posturing to maintain fleet readiness. This will directly help drive best posturing positions at the bases and multiuse warehouses around the globe. This role will be directly supporting the Integrated Materials Solutions Deputy.
Success will be measured by our ability to maintain readiness and supportability for our military customers, while also driving long term strategies correctly posture the growing fleet for F135.
What You Will Do

Review Target Stock Levels (TSL) in collaboration with the Forecasting Team to align supply with demand forecasts

Monitor inventory performance to avoid stockouts, minimize excess inventory, and optimize carrying costs and identify inefficiencies in supply chain processes, recommend improvements, and implement best practices

Conduct regular inventory analysis and generate reports to assess and improve stock health and Material Escalation and Coordination

Address material shortages by aligning with MRP requirements and collaborating with key stakeholders, including Industrial, Engineering, MRP Controllers, and Delivery Assurance

Inventory Turnover Ratio: Target an optimal inventory turnover rate by minimizing excess inventory and improving stock movement

Material Escalation Resolution Time: Maintain an average resolution time for Pri 1 and Pri 2 requisitions (e.g., ≤24 hours for Pri 1, ≤48 hours for Pri 2)

On-Time Delivery (OTD): Achieve a target on-time delivery rate of ≥98% for materials to production lines or customers and Stockout Incidents: Minimize the number of stockout incidents, targeting a reduction of at least 10% quarterly

8 years of supply chain, program management, or engineering experience or An advanced degree with 5 years of supply chain, program management, or engineering experience

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
