Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced and highly professional Security Operations Center Operator to join a premier corporate security team in Manhattan, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for security professionals with prior Global Security Operations Center experience who are looking to advance their career within a fast-paced and high-profile environment.
The GSOC Operator will be responsible for monitoring security systems, responding to incidents, maintaining situational awareness, and communicating effectively with internal teams and leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a professional setting.
Available Schedules:
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Wednesday (12:00AM to 8:00AM)
- Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Wednesday (4:00PM to 12:00AM)
Qualifications:
- Prior Security Operations Center Operator experience is required
- Strong communication and report writing skills
- Active NYS Security Guard License is required
- Ability to multitask and make sound decisions in real-time situations
- Experience monitoring CCTV, alarm systems, and access control platforms preferred
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
