As an Integration Architect, you will partner with client leadership to shape and execute an integration roadmap and serve as a trusted technical leader across implementation phases—design, validation, integration, and stabilization. You will apply Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading best practices to deliver functional and technical solutions on complex customer engagements.
Internal Responsibilities
Your Role
In this role, the Integration Architect is the technical project manager that will oversee the domain strategy and testing throughout the implementation process as well as relationships with customers, while serving as the primary technical contact for implementation-based activities. The Integration Architect will:
- Manage complex client relationships with a high degree of variability, requiring influence to achieve the targeted outcomes
- Develop strategies for design, system validation, and integration across solutions and venues of care
- Lead domain, issue, and change management to maintain delivery alignment and quality
- Proactively mitigate and resolve integration risks, serving as the final contact for escalations
- Provide integration oversight to ensure deliverables and timelines are met, while delivering value as committed
- Provide integration and domain expertise to internal and external customer project teams throughout the engagement lifecycle
About You
- Understanding of Cerner Millennium solutions in areas like PowerChart Orders, PharmNet, RadNet, PathNet, and Ambulatory)
- Basic knowledge of the Oracle Health Clinical and Revenue Cycle Systems and their workflows
- Healthcare IT consulting experience, including implementation leadership, client relationship management, and/or project oversight
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to drive clarity, structure, and outcomes
- Commitment to safeguarding client and corporate assets (security/privacy-minded)
- Willing to travel up to 50%, as needed
