Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as the Kuwait Program Integrator in support of the Kuwait NASAMS program.
This program office role is a part of the FMS NASAMS program area. In this position you will be a key member of the program leadership team in managing overall program execution of the recently awarded $1B Foreign Military Sale (FMS) Kuwait NASAMS contract. You will assist with providing tactical direction for program execution and maintain program cadence to ensure contract and company requirements, deliverables, and reporting are met using the approved business model and management tools. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable program-level experience and exposure for candidates seeking to grow their career in Program Management.
In addition to the internal responsibilities, you will also interface with the customer for various topics to include but not limited to Technical Interchange Meetings, Program Management Reviews, working groups, hardware and services acceptance events, and meetings with key industrial partners. In addition, you will be supporting future business growth initiatives by supporting FMS proposal efforts.
What You Will Do

Support successful execution of the program and program cadence (battle rhythm)

Coordinate program reviews, meetings, internal handoffs and customer deliveries

Support proposal efforts from kickoff through contract award
-
Support the PM in partnering with customer on program scope execution and resolution of issues
-
Collaborate across all IPTs and CPTs and establish working relationships with functional team members in Contracts, Finance, Planning, Engineering, and Supply Chain

Identify and implement key program metrics and drive corrective actions as required

Directly support the program risk and opportunity process in accordance with specific financial goals and obligations

Support customer program reviews, prepare for customer visits

Expected to support domestic and/or international travel as needed
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience

Experience with financial analysis tools and project management tools and/or systems
-
Experience working with cross-functional teams to include, but not limited to, any combination of the following: Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, and Logistics

Experience supporting proposals and/or gate packages
Qualifications We Prefer

International program execution experience

Demonstrated program execution experience managing program staffing, assignments and resources

Experience developing and reviewing proposals and synthesizing Proposal Review and Contract Start-up packages for management review and approval

Working knowledge of contract formation, execution, and management

Program Management Certified Level 6 or Equivalent, or ability to obtain within 12 months

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
