Your Mission
As an Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will:
- Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot mission-critical equipment in a fast-paced food processing environment
- Perform preventive maintenance inspections to ensure equipment readiness and reliability
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
- Partner with production teams to minimize downtime and sustain operational tempo
- Follow strict safety and quality standards
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and recommendations accurately
