Talent Experience Partner
This six-month contract assignment provides temporary coverage during a maternity leave and is responsible for maintaining continuity across key talent experience, onboarding, employee engagement, and culture initiatives. During their assignment at Hillpointe, the Talent Experience Partner will oversee a variety of programs and initiatives that increase employee engagement and satisfaction within the organization.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with managers to build awareness of departmental culture and employee engagement needs.
- Support the end-to-end onboarding experience by facilitating cross-functional coordination of new hires with appropriate department leaders.
- Deliver engaging orientation sessions to ensure new team members are equipped with the tools and resources needed to thrive in their roles.
- Partner with Human Resources to ensure compliance with all new hire legal requirements.
- Coordinate employee experience programs that enhance the team member experience from onboarding through offboarding, including:
- Maintaining the AwardCo Core Values Reward & Recognition platform, activities, and groups.
- Managing employer branding resources, including LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor, using reputation management best practices and online tools.
- Partnering with Marketing to develop engaging employee updates, recognition content, and other materials for social media and internal communications.
- Facilitating and coordinating community, office, and employee engagement events.
- Administer the annual "Grow Together" employee survey, including collecting results, distributing action plans, and following up on progress.
- Maintain the exit interview program, ensuring departing team members have a positive offboarding experience and that feedback is communicated to department leaders.
- Coordinate and administer the Culture Care program, recognizing employee milestones and facilitating support initiatives for team members during significant life events and challenging personal circumstances.
- Partner with Human Resources to support the deployment and completion of performance reviews, identify trends, and provide reporting and feedback as needed.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the Culture & Talent department.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Two to three years of experience in employee experience, culture, talent management, human resources, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with diverse employee populations, ranging from hourly team members to professional and corporate functions.
Working Conditions:
- Incumbents work in an office environment but also may have frequent exposure to outside elements where temperature, weather, odors, and/or landscape may be unpleasant and/or hazardous.
Physical Demands:
- Incumbents must be able to physically access all exterior and interior parts of the community and amenities.
- Incumbents must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty (20) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance.
- Routine local travel may be required to make business meetings, attend training classes, conferences, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position.
Required Licenses or Certifications:
- Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
- Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to drive while visiting property.
