We are looking for a talented Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our Manufacturing team in Henderson, CO.
Job Summary:
Leads the planning, designing, purchasing, and implementation of changes to the manufacturing equipment and systems while leading and co-leading teams.

- Continuous improvement mindset — Identify waste, reduce variation, and apply CI methodologies to improve cost, quality, and throughput.
- Structured problem solving — Apply systematic root‑cause analysis to implement robust corrective actions and prevent recurrence. Education, Licenses, Certifications: College, university, or degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or related field, or equivalent experience required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. Experience: Intermediate level of relevant work experience required.
This role will support DBU Supply Chain sites in the West Region (Irvine, Denver, Edmonton).
Core Responsibilities / Activities
- Lead execution of manufacturing and capital projects from concept through implementation, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are achieved.
- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes, equipment, and production systems to improve operational performance and manufacturing readiness.
- Serve as the technical lead for cross-functional project teams, driving risk mitigation, issue resolution, equipment commissioning, and successful project delivery.
Skill, Education, or Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field, with 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading manufacturing, industrialization, or capital projects in a production environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment installation and commissioning, process development, capacity analysis, and production readiness activities.
- Experience applying engineering problem-solving and risk management tools such as Root Cause Analysis, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
Preferred Skills, Education, or Experience
- Experience with automation, robotics, advanced manufacturing technologies.
- Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) and experience managing project budgets, schedules, and cross-functional stakeholders.
