Associate Director will lead efforts to bring the Alliance brands/indications to life.
Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts in the marketing team for in-line indications in the highly innovative and competitive oncology arena
- Drive alignment with regions and alliance partners in the development and execution of Global strategy
- Develop global branding guidelines across the alliance structure, ensuring consistency and alignment with partner companies.
- Build strong value propositions across customer personas and develop brand narratives that link to internal frameworks.
- Collaborate with multiple functional teams including Market Research, Precision Medicine, oncology disease/tumor teams, Medical Affairs, Legal, and Compliance.
- Generate deep customer insights by leading efforts to understand customer drivers, barriers, and ecosystems.
- Partner with Market Research and Analytics functions to track and enhance KPI monitoring
- Initiate brand strategy customer insight market research projects in collaboration with the market research function.
- Lead the brand strategic planning in collaboration with the internal Global stakeholders and Global Alliance partners.
- Lead content development designed to enable customer engagement in multiple channels. Coordinate with agency partners on customer engagement material development and on the Promotional Review Team (PRT) process
- Ensure the appropriate administration of promotional budgets for assigned products, in full compliance with company policies, values, and standards.
- Manage day-to-day activities with Agency partners
- Demonstrate "One Team" approach of integrating best practices and facilitating cross-regional learning
- Embrace agile mindset through customer focus, co-creation, experimentation, and a metric-driven approach
Skills Required:
- 5 years strong strategic thinking capabilities with commercial strategy development experience.
- Material development/approval process (Veeva)
- Brand planning experience.
- Ability to operate in an environment of complexity and ambiguity.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Effective communication skills and adaptability to different communication styles.
- Innovative mindset/Solution and action-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships cross-functionally.
- Marketing experience (preferably Global)
Education Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in science or business.
Preferred Skill Set:
- Advanced degree
- Knowledge/experience with Global Oncology.
- Marketing/Marketing support in Oncology and/or Specialty marketplace.
- Alliance experience.
- Knowledge of our company's commercial, regulatory, and legal compliance policies.
Travel Requirements:
- This position may require 10-15% travel, including some weekends.

The salary range for this role is
$156,900.00 - $247,000.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
