Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced recruiting professional to join a fast-paced, high-volume talent acquisition team focused on early-in-profession hiring. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying, engaging, and securing top early-career talent across corporate and sales functions, including business operations, finance, HR, marketing, sales, and customer success. You will own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through offer and close, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and partnering closely with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders. Job Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for early-in-profession corporate and sales roles, from sourcing through offer and close
- Source and identify candidates across corporate and sales functions using a variety of channels including LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, referrals, and more
- Screen and assess candidates to evaluate business, functional, and behavioral competencies aligned to role requirements
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders on hiring needs, candidate profiles, and recruiting plans
- Manage candidate communication and engagement throughout the entire hiring process
- Lead candidate progression through interviews, debriefs, and offer and closing stages
- Build and maintain pipelines of early-career corporate and sales talent
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity in recruiting systems in alignment with process and compliance expectations
- Contribute to high-volume hiring efforts across multiple teams and business groups
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience
- Experience owning full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, offer support, and closing
- Experience hiring for corporate and sales roles such as business functions, commercial roles, and go-to-market roles
- Experience in high-volume recruiting environments
- Experience supporting early-in-profession and university hiring, including intern and entry-level roles, as well as industry hiring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Professional certification in talent acquisition or human resources, such as a PHR, SPHR, or AIRS certification, is a plus
- Strong ability to identify and engage candidates using multiple sourcing channels to build pipelines for corporate functions and sales roles
- Deep understanding of how to source and evaluate non-technical talent markets, including business, operations, HR, and finance functions
- Ability to conduct structured screens across skills, education, experience, and behavioral competencies
- Experience assessing functional and business alignment and qualifying candidates against defined hiring bar requirements
- Proven ability to manage candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle in a high-volume environment
- Strong applicant tracking system hygiene, including tracking, documentation, and process compliance
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidates simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, stakeholder partnership, and organizational skills

- Duration: 5 months
- Pay Range*: $36.50 - $41.50 per hour
- Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
- Job Status: Non-Exempt
