About this Position
What you´ll do

Support and take ownership of laboratory activities for thermal interface materials (TIMs) and adhesives in e‑Mobility and automotive electronics
Perform hands-on material testing in in-house labs (mechanical, electrical, analytical, dispensing, and application testing)
Work closely with experienced Application Engineers to build up your technical expertise
Support customer and sales projects, including product selection, testing, and material validation
Collaborate with external testing institutes for specialized test setups and new methodologies
Contribute to customer complaint investigations, including root cause analysis and on-site support
Assist in the preparation and delivery of technical trainings and Tech Days (internal & external)
