Duration - 6+ Month Contract (Potential Extension)
Full-Time | 32-40 Hours Per Week
Shift : FT clinic hours, includes every other weekend.

Candidates must be willing to float to nearby MinuteClinic locations as needed. Mileage reimbursement will be provided for travel exceeding 50 miles from the home clinic.

Required Experience
- Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room
- Previous Immunization/Vaccination & Injection Experience
- Patient Intake, Vital Signs, Phlebotomy, and Specimen Collection
- EPIC or other EMR experience
Required Credentials
- Active LVN/LPN License in Good Standing
- BLS Certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)

Completed Candidate Questionnaire:
- What experience do you have in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room settings?
- What experience do you have using Epic EMR or similar Electronic Medical Record systems?
- Are you available to work the required schedule?
- Work schedules will be created in 6-week blocks following the 3 weeks of training/orientation.
- Depending on the needs of the clinic, you can expect a shift to be between 7-10 hours during clinic operating hours.
- A typical work week will be two or three weekdays and every other weekend.
- This position also requires working on some major holidays.
- Do you understand that this is a temporary/contract position, and whereas conversion to a permanent CVS employee is a possibility, it is not guaranteed?
- Do you have any time off planned that would prevent you completing the initial 3 weeks of training?
