We are looking for a customer-focused professional to drive excellent customer experience and act as a key point of contact for our clients. In this role, you will manage customer interactions, support order-to-cash processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high service quality and continuous improvement.
職務内容
- Act as the main point of contact (SPOC) for customers, managing end-to-end interactions and ensuring a seamless, customer-centric experience. Build strong relationships through proactive communication, handling inquiries, and driving customer satisfaction.
- Oversee customer-facing activities within the Order-to-Cash process, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery. Support issue resolution while identifying opportunities to retain and grow business through customer interactions.
- Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems, develop call plans, and manage follow-ups. Utilize tools such as SAP and Service Cloud to drive efficiency, support business development, and enhance service quality.
- Partner closely with internal teams (e.g., Supply Chain, Customer Service Excellence, Global Business Services) to align customer needs with operational capabilities and ensure effective execution.
- Monitor performance through KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience. Support implementation of new processes, projects, and best practices.
