About this Position
Drive localization and execution of global/regional marketing strategies, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Own and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, social, events, PR, and partner channels while optimizing performance and ROI. Build strong relationships with channel partners and contribute to regional/global marketing initiatives. Manage internal marketing operations including vendors, budgets, and process compliance.
What you´ll do
- Adapts global/regional marketing campaigns to local needs and drives implementation.
- Plans & implements local marketing initiatives in collaboration with cross-functions, e.g. sales / BDM / market & applications
- Owns marketing activities of all marketing mix (digital campaigns, SoMe & influencers, fairs & events, marketing collateral, PR)

Analyze and optimize the initiatives on the run and reports on the ROI
Supports coordination of marketing programs with channel partners
- Builds relationship with channel partner marketing representatives
Participates in regional / global working groups to create synergies, initiate new ideas and exchange best practices
- Benchmark competitors and new trends
- Manages internal processes, such as purchasing, issuing and paying POs, new vendor onboarding, controlling of expenses, etc.
