We are looking for a Marketing Specialist– Taiwan to lead all marketing activities for the General Industrial Manufacturing & Maintenance Business in the Taiwan market.
This role is 90% focused on Market & Customer Activation (MCA) and 10% on Market Intelligence support.
The position works closely with the local sales team in Taiwan as well as APAC regional and global marketing teams to strengthen brand presence, enhance customer engagement, and support long-term business growth through effective marketing activation.

Own the overall marketing budget for the Taiwan market, and develop annual and phased marketing plans in alignment with business objectives.
Plan and execute brand-building initiatives to continuously enhance brand awareness and visibility in the Taiwan market.
Design and deliver integrated online and offline marketing activities to generate high-quality leads and support customer acquisition.
Collaborate closely with sales and partner teams to track, measure, and evaluate marketing performance, leveraging data and insights to continuously optimize marketing processes and strategies to support sustainable business growth.
Localize and execute global and regional marketing campaigns in the Taiwan market, ensuring consistency with global brand guidelines while adapting to local market needs.
Support the collection, consolidation, and analysis of market, industry, and competitive intelligence related to the Taiwan market.
Provide relevant market insights to internal stakeholders to support marketing and business decision-making.
