About this Position
We are seeking a high-performing Territory Sales Engineer with a strong new business focus to accelerate growth within our General Manufacturing & Maintenance division in
Vietnam, based in Bac Ninh (Yen Phong).This role is ideal for a proactive sales professional with a strong appetite for new business development, while also having the ability to build deep, long-term customer relationships in a consultative sales environment.
You will take ownership of a defined territory, focusing on expanding market share across key industrial segments such as e-motor, electrical machinery, and assembly. Given the nature of the business, success in this role requires developing trust-based relationships and driving value through solution-oriented engagement, rather than high-volume transactional sales.
What you´ll do
- Drive new business development by actively identifying, prospecting, and converting new customers within the assigned territory
- Develop and execute a territory sales strategy, balancing pipeline generation with long-term account development
- Demonstrate a hunter mindset, while building strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts
- Grow and deepen existing accounts, focusing on value creation, retention, and long-term partnerships
- Provide technical consultation and tailored product solutions aligned with customer processes and needs
- Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and on-site engagement in collaboration with technical teams
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify strategic growth opportunities
- Maintain a quality pipeline (not just volume-driven), with clear visibility on opportunities and long-term conversions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, marketing, and customer service teams to deliver customized solutions and ensure customer success
