What you´ll do
Our Application Engineering Director is responsible for leading a team of field and lab application engineers that provide technical service, training, and valued-added product and equipment solutions to customers within our Metal Packaging market segment.
- Influences and executes the Metal Packaging business strategy in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Product Development, and other functions.
- Fosters a culture of accountability, collaboration, and entrepreneurial spirit in delivering results.
- Demonstrates cross-functional leadership in supporting Innovation, Sustainability, and Quality Complaint management.
- Main/lead technical liaison at Key Accounts and industry associations.
- Lead a team up to 7 engineers with responsibility for our application engineering lab
- Based in Madison Heights, MI with travel within US, Mexico, Canada up to 50% (Hybrid-role)
