- Drive Territory Revenue & Growth: Own and deliver
against sales targets by executing a strategic territory plan, opening new
salon and stylist accounts, and increasing account productivity and reorder
rates.
- Build High-Value Relationships: Establish trusted
partnerships with salon owners and stylists through regular in-salon visits,
acting as a business advisor to grow their service and retail revenue.
- Product Knowledge Education: Participate in product
education, demonstrations, and retail coaching, while developing key stylists
into brand advocates and ambassadors.
- Expand Distribution & Partnerships: Collaborate with
distributor teams to execute promotions, merchandising standards, and joint
business plans that maximize channel performance.
- Drive Market Development: Identify growth opportunities,
prospect new business, analyze competition and trends, and provide actionable
market insights to shape sales strategy.
- Execute with Operational Excellence: Maintain
accurate CRM data, track key performance metrics, manage territory coverage
effectively, and align activities with company goals
