About this Position
This role offers high-impact regional ownership of a diverse
APAC product portfolio, with end-to-end accountability across strategy,
execution, and performance. You will act as the key bridge between global
direction and regional markets, working cross-functionally across supply chain,
product development, and marketing to drive product success. The position
provides strong exposure across the full value chain and a solid platform for
future regional or global leadership opportunities.
What you´ll do
- Accountable for end-to-end ownership of the APAC product portfolio, including lifecycle management, performance monitoring, and optimization.
- Ensure product profitability, availability, and regulatory compliance in line with regional and local market requirements.
- Translate regional and SBU strategic priorities into clear product portfolio roadmaps and execution plans.
- Drive supply resilience, cost competitiveness, and sustainability, ensuring robust and scalable product supply across APAC.
- Act as the regional product integrator, coordinating and aligning cross-functional teams across marketing, supply chain, operations, development, sourcing, and regulatory.
- Serve as the link between global direction and regional execution, enabling informed, data-driven decision-making and trade-off management.
