About this Position
Design and implementation of new production processes, as well as optimization of existing ones to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase overall productivity.
What you´ll do
- Optimizing the process and improving production efficiency, quality and costs through process control.
- Troubleshooting and Problem Solving through investigating and resolving process-related issues to ensure smooth and consistent operations.
- Continuous Improvement through leading initiatives aimed at achieving operational excellence, including Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Design and implementation of new or improved processes to achieve production goals.
- Analyzing production data to drive improvements and document processes.
- Finding opportunities to save costs in the production process.
- Training and development with providing technical guidance and training to production teams on process best practices.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders, working closely with product design, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless integration of processes
