As a Customer Service Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our European clients receive exceptional service from order placement through delivery. What you´ll do
- Processing of Customer service support transactions and other specialized tasks.
- Serve
as primary contact person in resolving process-related issues and provide
support during critical working days.
- Ensure
timely month-end CSS closing activities.
- Develop
and implement new ideas and process enhancements to current process scope.
- Handle
training to new hires and take key roles in departmental or company-wide
committees and activities.
- Communicate
and manage business partners expectations.
- Perform
additional tasks as assigned by the superior.
