We are seeking a skilled Job Architecture Analyst (Contract) to support a Job Architecture Modernization initiative. This role will focus on analyzing, structuring, and standardizing job families, levels, and career frameworks across the organization. The ideal candidate brings experience in job architecture, or a strong background in business operations and data analysis, with the ability to work with large datasets and translate insights into structured frameworks.
Internal Responsibilities
- Prepare and cleanse large datasets (Excel/HRIS) to support architecture design and implementation
- Document job architecture frameworks, leveling guides, and governance processes
- Support implementation activities, including mapping existing roles to the new structure
- Build and maintain Excel models (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, data validation) to support decision-making
- Support cross-functional projects by organizing data, tracking progress, and ensuring data accuracy
- Develop reports, dashboards, and summaries for stakeholders
- Document processes, methodologies, and findings clearly for future use
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and insights across workforce data
