Job Description:
This job is responsible for analyzing the day-to-day issues, researching, and providing resolution for various issues identified within a business unit. Key responsibilities include supporting defined procedures, routine analytics, and creating reports and completing exception processing. Working knowledge of motor vehicle titling experience is preferred. Individuals typically have 2+ years of experience.
Responsibilities:
Timely and accurate release of motor vehicle titles and UCCs for Banc of America Leasing & Capital.
Conducting due diligence via system of record (SOR) and vendor portals.
Accurate preparation of lien release documentation, signing and notary execution, and communication with internal and external clients.
Updating System of Record (SOR) with release status for tracking purposes
Required Skills:
Knowledge of Leasing documentation and credit structures
Experience preparing Bill of Sale, Power of Attorney, Lien Release Letter, UCC terminations, or other collateral documents
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external clients.
Well organized and efficient; adept at multitasking in a fast paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with focus in Word and Excel
