Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s Financial Reporting Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Senior Analyst.
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and support North America’s financial reporting submissions to TMC.
Reporting to the Manager, Financial Reporting, the person in this role will support the Financial Reporting department's objective to provide timely and reliable financial information to support consolidation, management reporting, and external reporting requirements.
What you’ll be doing
Serve as North America CONETS (Toyota’s global consolidation and reporting system) Administrator, acting as TMC's primary point of contact for CONETS inquiries
Coordinates closely with TMC and internal stakeholders to support reporting changes and updates
Support monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close processes, including consolidation‑related activities and reporting
Assist with analysis and explanation of financial results, variances, and consolidation impacts for internal reporting and management review
Support PwC financial statement audit requests related to CONETS reporting, consolidations, and close documentation
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting concepts
Experience supporting consolidation, month-end close, or financial reporting processes
Ability to analyze financial data, perform reconciliations, and identify/report issues accurately
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a structured reporting environment
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across internal stakeholders and respond to reporting inquiries
Added bonus if you have
CPA or progress toward CPA certification
Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS reporting concepts
Familiarity with intercompany accounting and equity method accounting
