The Maintenance Officer supports the Capability Life Cycle Manager (CLCM) in the delivery ofMaintenance Management Services. The role contributes to the planning, administration, assurance and reporting of maintenance activities for PBS, ensuring alignment with the approved Services Management Plan,Maintenance Management Plan,and the requirements of the ASDEFCON (Complex Services) Statement of Work.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity and based inSydney.
The successfulcandidate mustholdaBaselinesecurityclearanceor higher.
Manage maintenance administration, ensuring accurate technical records, reporting, and configuration control in Defence systems (e.g. AMPS, MILIS/ERP).
Maintain and monitor maintenance schedules, work orders, servicing forecasts, and overall schedule adherence.
Support maintenance coordination activities, including Planning Conferences, Performance Reviews, and contract reporting requirements.
Assist with defect management processes, investigations, root cause analysis, and Requests for Problem Resolution.
As the ideal candidate you will bring:
Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with desirable exposure to Defence sustainment contracts, IPS/ILS artefacts, and Quality/WHS frameworks.
