As a Land Analyst Sr., you will be accountable for overall records management, data integrity and project management and is considered a specialist in the land analyst field. You will provide excellent customer service as you collaborate with company partners to resolve sophisticated problems and apply your strong organizational skills to complete daily tasks. The ability to influence others and connect with all levels of the organization are keys to success!
Responsibilities/Expectations:
- Serves as super-user and specialist of the company land database; including data entry, preparing reports and providing training
- Accounts for calculations related to all payments and other financial obligations
- Mentors others and serves as an industry specialist
- Leads due diligence efforts on coordinating the land files when considering acquisition or disposition of assets
- Prepares sophisticated legal descriptions and drawings
- Prepares applications for permits, licenses, and renewals
- Analyzes land rights and obligations pertaining to abandonment and retirement of pipeline and facility assets
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
- Required: High school diploma/GED and a minimum of six (6) years’ experience in land records management/data management systems and title specialist
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Other Requirements:
- Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
- Knowledge of financial systems
