Be Part of the Connection
As a Project Manager on the Customer Service Reliability team, you’ll manage, plan, monitor, and report on key projects from conception through implementation. In this role you’ll manage project details, data collection, reporting and communication to successfully drive project efforts. Projects will involve analysis, execution and support of operations and technology solutions. You’ll excel if you can collaborate cross-functionally, adapt to change, and handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. You’ll develop skills that are transferable to other areas of Spectrum for a meaningful, long-term career.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Managing day-to-day operational aspects of all assigned projects, including identifying and resolving issues, managing risk, developing detailed project plans and timelines, defining technical specifications, and estimating/planning resource allocation
- Establishing project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards
- Meeting with internal customers of an assigned project to gather feedback, and provide status updates and reports
- Creating and disseminating technical requirement documents to all stakeholders
- Evaluating operational processes and procedures, and develop strategies and implementation plans to optimize
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customer facing employees, digital and marketing leadership and collaborate on initiatives
What You’ll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Experience:
- Project Management: 2+ years
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills & Abilities:
- Communicate in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner
- Effective critical thinking skills
- Analyze and interpret data
- Knowledge and ability to use computer and software applications including Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong presentation development and delivery skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum
