Job Summary:
The On-Call Floater Maintenance Parking Attendant is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of multiple parking facilities. This role provides flexible, on-call support across various locations, filling in as needed to maintain operational standards. The attendant will assist with cleaning, basic maintenance, and site support to ensure a positive experience for customers.
Pay: $21.00 an hour
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of parking structures, lots, and surrounding areas across assigned locations
- Perform routine sweeping, trash removal, and pressure washing as needed
- Provide on-call coverage and float between multiple sites based on operational needs
- Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as light repairs, replacing signage, and reporting hazards
- Monitor facilities for safety concerns and escalate issues promptly
- Assist with traffic flow and customer inquiries when needed
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and local regulations
- Support team members and supervisors with additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30–50 pounds
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and working on feet for extended periods
Work Environment:
- Outdoor and indoor parking facilities across multiple locations
- Exposure to vehicle traffic, weather conditions, and cleaning equipment
- Fast-paced, dynamic environment with varying schedules based on business needs
