Requirements
Previous telemarketing or sales experience is a plus.
Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, engaging demeanor.
Ability to remain patient and persuasive during customer interactions.
Basic computer proficiency for data entry and system navigation.
A positive attitude and a strong desire to connect with people.
Responsibilities
Reach out to potential clients via telephone to introduce Allstate's insurance products and services.
Schedule appointments for licensed agents to meet with interested prospects.
Maintain accurate records of calls and prospect information in our system.
Follow communication scripts and guidelines while personalizing your approach.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
