Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of end-to-end enablement strategies for specialized platforms, data products, and analytics tools, driving the creation and execution of targeted resources to ensure seamless user adoption.
- Partner closely with technical, risk, legal, and security leadership to deeply understand the technical underpinnings and governance of these capabilities, effectively translating them into clear business value.
- Execute and monitor the program communications plan to tell a compelling story to drive adoption; prepare all communications materials and campaigns as per set review and approval process and turnaround deadlines; ensure timely distribution and delivery via various approved communications channels, as per set timelines while driving alignment across various stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with KPMG and Digital Nexus brand guidelines; maintain OCM content repository and ensure that documents conform to standards and storage retention procedures; design and implement learning strategies and programs to enhance digital literacy and adoption among employees such as organizing training sessions, workshops, and creating educational materials
- Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure their active participation in the transformation process; develop and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, corporate communications, and other professionals to ensure alignment of messaging and processes
- Create and implement adoption strategies to ensure the successful uptake of new technology tools and processes; conduct change impact and readiness assessments, developing adoption plans, and monitoring the effectiveness of these initiatives
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital enablement initiatives; use data-driven insights to continuously improve strategies and outcomes
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of recent experience in leading strategic communications related to project and products as well as with leveraging change management methodology and applying as appropriate for the business environment
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred; minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required
- Writing experience in marketing and/or communications for Technology products/OCM teams/User background; understanding of technical capability or willingness to test and learn
- Familiarity with AI tools and initiatives, particularly in enablement or adoption contexts, is preferred
- Experience with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle; strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; ability to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans
- Demonstrated exceptional written, verbal, presentation and editorial skills with keen attention to detail with ability to think creatively, out of the box
- Ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority; must be able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high-performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
- Minimal travel may be required; occasional in-person meetings on a rare, as-needed basis
