Lead operations and supply chain execution across multiple production sites supporting emerging and classified programs.

Own SIOP, S&OP/S&OE, capacity planning, capital strategy development, and supplier performance management.

Develop and implement long‑range capital plans for factory layout, equipment investments, and infrastructure to support future production growth.

Drive supply chain strategy including supplier qualification, capacity assessments, and long-term resilience planning.

Coordinate operations strategy, demand alignment, staffing, and readiness across geographically dispersed locations.

Lead the operational transition of programs from development into LRIP and full‑rate production.

Develop and implement cost, schedule, and performance plans aligned to enterprise growth projections.

Influence cross‑functional stakeholders—engineering, program management, finance, and quality—on SIOP, capital decisions, and risk mitigation actions.

Ensure compliance across classified environments, secure supply chains, export-controlled materials, and rigorous customer requirements.

Support bids and proposals, including make/where planning, factory capacity alignment, and long‑range operations requirements.

Build and lead a multi‑disciplinary organization capable of supporting increasing scale, complexity, and long-term revenue expansion.

Lead in classified environments and manage complex supplier ecosystems.
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience.

Previous experience as a people manager such as supervisor, lead, hiring manager with employee performance responsibility.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations, supply chain, and/or manufacturing.
Qualifications We Prefer

Experience leading multi‑site operations or supply chain organizations.

Experience in SIOP, capacity planning, capital strategy, and supplier readiness.

Experience with manufacturing readiness, transition-to-production (T2P), lean principles, and continuous improvement.

Knowledge of MRP, SAP/PRISM, and factory planning systems.

The salary range for this role is 172,900 USD - 328,700 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
