Job Description
Under the direction of the SVP, Corporate Affairs, the Coordinator conducts research on external constituents; compiles and organizes outreach lists; and prepares, enters, and updates contact details. The Coordinator executes consistent amplification campaigns to ensure awareness about the achievements of the NBC Universal News Group among key external constituents. The Coordinator will also provide ongoing tracking of projects, timelines, deliverables; preparing for meetings, conference calls, and webinars with external constituents.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs:
- Conducts research and analysis on external constituents to support outreach efforts Supports outreach efforts to internal stakeholders on a regular basis
- Updates and maintains stakeholder records within the email distribution lists Writes email toppers on a regular basis
- Writes weekly social media posts for LinkedIn
- Monitors the social media accounts of all shows across the News Group to identify things to further amplify Builds and maintains relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Assists with one-pagers and topic briefs as required
- Supports the execution of meetings, conference calls, and webinars with external constituents by coordinating logistics, developing agenda, developing content, taking notes, and following up on resulting action items
- Assists the SVP, Corporate Affairs with other project management duties
Qualifications
- College Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years' experience
- Excellent writing skills
- Highly organized
- Proficiency with social media
Desired Characteristics:
- Prior experience managing email distribution lists
- System savvy-Proficient with MS Power Point, Excel, Word and Outlook
Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

Salary range: $47,500 - $60,000
