We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Change Manager to lead all change management activities for the client’s digital transformation office. The primary focus of this role will be overseeing the change adoption strategy and execution for a major Oracle Fusion ERP Finance implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans for the Digital Transformation Office, with a primary focus on the Oracle Fusion ERP Finance implementation.
- Oversee user adoption and change readiness initiatives to ensure seamless integration of new financial systems and processes.
- Partner closely with finance team leaders and stakeholders to understand their needs, address concerns, and foster a culture that embraces change.
- Identify potential points of resistance and develop proactive strategies to overcome them, ensuring a smooth transition for the finance organization.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to change adoption and organizational readiness.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum six years of recent experience in change management within financial services
- Finance Transformation Expertise: Significant, proven experience executing change management strategies specifically for finance organizations or large-scale finance transformation programs.
- Experience in leading at least one major change management initiative for a financial services company.
- Demonstrated experience managing the human side of major ERP implementations (direct experience with Oracle Fusion ERP is highly preferred).
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to travel 60% to the client site, located in Silicon Valley
