Description:You will be the EvDev IST Lead Staff for the Integrated Subsystems Team. Our team is responsible for managing material requirements, mitigating supply chain risks, and ensuring seamless production operations for the IAMD EvDev program.
What You Will Be Doing
As the EvDev IST Lead Staff you will be responsible for driving material planning, risk mitigation, and production continuity across the IAMD EvDev program.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Manage material requirements and inventory levels.
- Mitigate supply chain risks through proactive analysis.
- Ensure seamless production operations and schedule adherence.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to support IAMD EvDev objectives.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:Ability to multitask is a firm requirement for this position
Ability to drive mitigation activities.
Extensive Excel proficiency to include Tableau capabilities
Ability to manage supplier issues daily in order to support the Missile IPT, Production and various customers.
Ability to eventually act as the team Trainer for new hires & Skillbridge personnel for Management as skills develop.
Extensive communication skills to include emails, phone calls, presentations to management, and ISTs production meetings. MUST be able to drive issues thru consistent communication (outside of emails) with Suppliers & Team.
Some travel may be required based on the supplier and support to Development.
Position is Hybrid with required onsite presence T/W and remote work M/Th (subject to change based upon
Program and/or MFC guidance)
Various projects will be assigned as needed.
Desired Skills:Ability to work independently.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Business related degree.
Basic knowledge of scheduling principles and performance metrics.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and
PowerPoint.
Strong verbal and written communications and effective presentation skills.
Working understanding of line of balance spreadsheets.
Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
Ability to work changing priorities and work as assigned
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
